About the Project:
“Coming Out Strong” is a powerful community theater project that aims to shed light on important social issues such as abuse, reentry, and domestic violence. We are a group of passionate individuals with a story to tell, and we believe in using the stage as a platform for discussions and awareness.
Character Descriptions:
1. May Lee:
– Age: Early 60s
– Role: A resilient individual who has experienced life’s challenges and is determined to overcome them.
2. Grace:
– Age: Early 60s
– Role: A character who embodies strength and resilience in the face of adversity.
3. Tasha and Melanie:
– Age: Early 20s
– Roles: Young individuals navigating through life, facing societal norms and challenges.
4.Devonte:
– Age: Early 30s
– Role: A character dealing with personal growth and overcoming obstacles.

We are looking for people close to Monmouth, Ocean, County in N.J. or you must be willing to commute to those areas.
