For those who have no idea what that means, here is the definition:
“PK life hits different” is a phrase that’s been popping up more often in conversations, especially among those who grew up in faith-based communities. PK stands for “Pastor’s Kid,” and the saying points to the unique experiences, challenges, and sometimes pressures that come with being raised in a pastor’s household.

For many PKs, life feels different because they grow up under a spotlight. Community expectations, church responsibilities, and the pressure to be a “role model” often shape their upbringing in ways that friends outside the church might not fully understand. At the same time, PKs often gain early exposure to leadership, public speaking, music, and deep discussions of values and purpose.
