Unscripted Dinosaur Competition Series Seeks Canadian Contestants
A brand-new unscripted competition series is now casting dinosaur lovers and amateur fossil hunters from across Canada. Producers are looking for passionate, curious individuals — no formal credentials or experience required — who have always dreamed of a real dino-hunting adventure.
Open to Canadian residents and citizens aged 18 and older as of June 1, 2026, the series will film over 2–3 weeks in summer 2026. Applicants currently working in paleontology, archaeology, or natural sciences likely won’t qualify. No prior television experience is needed, and people from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Dinosaur Lovers & Amateur Fossil Hunters
We’re looking for dinosaur-loving Canadians from all walks of life. If you’ve never had the chance to live out your fully fledged dino-hunting dreams, this is your opportunity to experience something truly unforgettable. We’re looking for passion and curiosity – not credentials. If you’re currently employed in the palaeontology, archaeology, or natural sciences fields, you likely won’t qualify.
Filming will take place for 2-3 weeks in Summer 2026

To be eligible, you must:
Be a Canadian citizen aged 18+ as of June 1, 2026
Any current 17 year old’s must list their parent/guardian’s contact information in their application (Question #9)
Must NOT currently be paid to work in palaeontology, archeology, or natural sciences (amateur at-home researchers that explore these fields for the love of it outside of their career and college students who haven’t had any field experience yet are eligible)
We encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply

Be available for 2-3 weeks in Summer 2026
And of course, you must be deeply passionate about dinosaurs or palaeontology!
