NCLH Shows & Experiences, in partnership with Debbie O’Brien Casting, is now inviting performers to request audition appointments for an upcoming London casting.
This search is for Burn The Floor on Norwegian Cruise Line, one of the most celebrated dance theatre productions in the world. Interested performers should submit as soon as possible (see below for info)
Multiple contracts are available beginning as early as March 2026, with the possibility of callbacks for additional onboard productions during the same audition week.
Burn The Floor is renowned for its electrifying blend of ballroom and Latin dance, sizzling choreography, and high-energy performances that have captivated audiences in more than 300 cities across 29 countries, including Broadway. The production is seeking pop rock vocalists ages 21 to 45 of all ethnicities, including dynamic tenors and mezzo-belters with strong vocal range, commanding stage presence, and quality movement ability. Performers must be comfortable crossing musical styles, learning lyrics phonetically in foreign languages, and performing at a principal level. Principal vocalists earn a minimum of $1,200 USD per week in performance pay, with opportunities to cover other vocal roles across Norwegian Cruise Line productions.

SEEKING – POP ROCK VOCALISTS 21-45 Years Old. ALL ETHNICITIES
Tenors with polished yet edgy pop/rock/jazz vocals and a large vocal range to seamlessly navigate through musical genres, and a leading stage presence. Ability to phonetically learn foreign language lyrics a MUST. Strong quality of movement required. References include Harry Connick Jr., Bruno Mars, and Ricky Martin.
Mezzo-belters with polished yet edgy pop/rock stylings, a high belt, and dynamic personalities. The ability town the stage with a commanding presence is a must, as is a strong quality of movement. References include Tina Turner, Beyonce, J-Lo, and Gloria Estefan.
Must be 18 years old to apply.
