Disney is holding open auditions for both its Broadway and touring productions of Disney’s “The Lion King”
This is an open audition. You do not need to register. You simply show up and show the Disney casting directors what ya’ got.
The open auditions have 2 separate times for male and female performers. They are seeking both. They will be holding female dancer auditions in the morning and male dancer audition in the afternoon, with tight tight in schedules for those wanting to audition for Disney. While this is an audition for dancers, they are looking for performers who are also able to sing. They are requesting that dancers who also sing come prepared to do so.
Disney Audition Notice:
Seeking strong male-identifying and female-identifying dancers with a modern/ballet dance background. Late teens to early 30’s. Some male dancers require strong acrobatic skills.
You must be warmed up and ready by the start time. Bring dance clothes plus flat jazz shoes or bare feet. You may be asked to sing, so please bring a contemporary song that shows off your voice and range. Bring sheet music. Bring a picture and resume, stapled together. A pianist will be provided.

Pay: Minimum weekly Broadway salary is $2,771.98.Minimum weekly Tour salary is $2,499.00.
