Extras Casting Call Announced for New Disney TV Series: Diner Patrons Wanted
A new Disney television series filming in Burbank, California is now casting background actors to portray diner patrons. Casting directors are looking for SAG and non-union talent, ages 18 and older, to bring an authentic, lively diner atmosphere to life.
The Disney show currently casting, is using the working title “Ink and paint.” The working title is not necessarily what the show will be called upon release. However, “Ink and Paint” is a reference to an old show – Per Disney Fandom – The Ink and Paint Club is an hour-long television series, that ran on the Disney Channel in September 22, 1997 to February 5, 1998, featuring various classic Disney cartoon shorts, which was shown as part of Vault Disney.
Please note that these are background extras roles, so they are non speaking. Furthermore, this is for a Disney show that is filming in Los Angeles, California. You must be local to the area in order to be considered as no travel expenses are being paid.
Alessi Hartigan Casting in the Los Angeles area is now seeking area locals to work as paid extras on an upcoming Disney television show.
The production is scheduled to shoot on Monday, July 21, and offers competitive pay: SAG actors will receive $224 for 8 hours, while non-union actors will be paid $144 for 8 hours.
This project is utilizing a new casting database, and all interested performers will need to register before submitting or being considered for this and future roles.
