Starbucks is launching a new campaign in Miami and is currently casting real Starbucks baristas to be featured. The team is searching for standout personalities with warm, friendly energy and memorable stories about regular customers who make their days brighter. This paid opportunity is open to current Starbucks employees of all backgrounds, with Spanish speakers strongly encouraged to apply. Diversity in race, body type, and ability is an important focus for this project. The ideal participants will have a natural charisma, confident energy, and the authentic motions that come from years behind the counter.
Video auditions must be submitted by October 30, with Zoom callbacks on November 3.

We’ll feature a mix of real charismatic baristas —those natural, fluid motions in their muscle memory, perfected over countless shifts. Their unique traits may add a personal spark to every scene
Starbucks will run background checks on their final selects before bookings, baristas will share their store # & Employee # to complete the internal BG check.
