Wicked Open Auditions Announced for Singers and Dancers in the Atlanta Area.
The Broadway and National Touring Companies of Wicked are holding open auditions in Atlanta for singers and dancers. Casting directors are seeking talented performers to join the blockbuster musical.
The Broadway and National Touring Companies of Wicked are holding open call auditions in Atlanta for singers on April 1, 2025. If you are an Atlanta area performer looking to audition for a major production, here is your chance.
About “Wicked”
Wicked is a reimagining of The Wizard of Oz, told from the perspective of the witches. Based on Gregory Maguire’s novel, the story explores events before and after Dorothy’s arrival in Oz. This is one of the most successful shows in history and “Wicked” is still running strong, years after it first premiered onstage.
This is a chance to join one of Broadway’s most beloved productions
The production of “Wicked” is seeking performers:
- Singers who move well (ages 18+, all ethnicities and genders) with strong vocal abilities and wide vocal ranges for principal and ensemble roles.
- Dancers who sing (ages 18-35, all ethnicities and genders) with strong ballet and jazz technique to perform Wayne Cilento’s edgy, contemporary choreography for ensemble roles.

- Location: Alliance Theatre, 1280 Peachtree Street NE, Atlanta, GA 30309
- Sign-in begins at: 10:00 AM (Please do not arrive before 9:30 AM)
- Deadline to sign in: 11:00 AM
Audition Preparations:
- Prepare 16 bars of a contemporary musical theatre song to perform a cappella. Sopranos may also prepare a traditional legit musical theatre selection.
- Bring sheet music in case you are asked to sing with piano accompaniment.
- Provide a stapled photo and résumé.

- Date: Wednesday, April 2, 2025
- Location: Alliance Theatre, 1280 Peachtree Street NE, Atlanta, GA 30309
- Sign-in begins at: 10:30 AM (Please do not arrive before 10:00 AM)
- Deadline to sign in: 11:30 AM
Audition Requirements:
- Wear jazz shoes or sneakers and arrive warmed up and ready to dance.
- Be prepared to sing if asked to return, with 16 bars of a musical theatre or pop song.
- Bring sheet music for the provided piano accompanist.
- Provide a stapled photo and résumé.
Callbacks:
- Singers: Potential callbacks on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.
- Dancers: Potential callbacks on Thursday, April 3, 2025.
