A Milwaukee-based film group is casting for their upcoming sci-fi short film Human Error, set to shoot October 24–26 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Human Error follows Tommy, a lonely man stuck in a lifeless job, who discovers a mysterious computer that promises to improve his life. As their bond deepens, its true and sinister motives are revealed.
The casting team is seeking actors for two key roles. Tommy is described as a tall, lanky white male in his early to mid-30s, a data entry worker whose self-hatred fuels his disdain for others. Darius is a short, stout Black male in his early to mid-30s, a nerdy and forgiving office worker who tries to befriend Tommy despite rejection.
Interested actors should submit a headshot or recent photo, resume, and the role they wish to audition for.
The deadline for submissions is October 6.

TOMMY
(Early to mid 30s, White male, tall and lanky. Works as a data entry office worker. Has a deep hatred of people that stems from a deep self hatred. He dismisses the one person who tries to connect with him: Darius)
DARIUS
(Early to mid 30s, Black male, short and stout. Works in the same office as Tommy and is nerdy and enthusiastic. Wants to be friends with everyone and is forgiving to a fault. He tries to befriend Tommy.)
