Walmart commercial is now casting in Los Angeles and is seeking a wide range of real people with authentic energy and genuine connections to soccer.
All talent must be Southern California locals, as no travel will be provided for this project. Filming will take place between January 21 and January 24, with each participant scheduled to work one day within that window.
The production is looking for real groups of die-hard professional soccer fans, including both men and women ages 18 to 40 of all ethnicities. These must be actual friend groups who attend games together and share real soccer knowledge and enthusiasm. Individuals will not be matched into groups, so all fans must audition together. Strong energy and a solid understanding of soccer are essential.
In addition to fan groups, casting is also seeking real female college-aged soccer players between approximately 18 and 24 years old. These performers must have expert soccer skills, strong ball handling ability, good comedic timing, and be comfortable delivering dialogue on camera. Real soccer-playing children ages 6 to 10 of any gender are also needed. These kids must have proficient to excellent soccer skills and be able to kick a ball accurately into a tree trunk. A cute personality, good comedic timing, and comfort with dialogue are important for this role.
The project is also casting a real person with a physical disability, including individuals who use a wheelchair, have Down syndrome, or have a limb difference. This role is open to men and women ages 18 to 50 of all ethnicities. Performers should be expressive, confident on camera, and comfortable with dialogue, with strong comedic instincts.
