Casting directors in NYC are seeking babies to work on set.
Martin Scorsese is directing a feature film that is currently filming in the NYC area. “What Happens At Night” is using the working title of “Ghost.”
Martin Scorsese is back behind the camera with his upcoming film What Happens at Night, a dark psychological thriller already generating strong buzz as production gets underway. The film centers on an American couple who travel to a remote, snow-covered European town to adopt a child, only to find themselves pulled into a strange and unsettling series of events that begin to unravel their reality.
The cast is stacked with major names, led by Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence, marking another collaboration for DiCaprio and Scorsese and a first for Lawrence with the director. They’re joined by Mads Mikkelsen, Patricia Clarkson, and Jared Harris, rounding out a cast that blends prestige drama with an eerie, atmospheric tone.
The project is based on the novel by Peter Cameron, with a screenplay by Patrick Marber, and is being produced by a team that includes Scorsese, DiCaprio, and Lawrence.
