NYC Marathon Route Small Business Owners Wanted.
Are you a small business owner located along the TCS New York City Marathon route? Are you at least within one block of the course?
Would you like to have your business featured and make some extra cash?
If so, read on.
FYI, especially interested in businesses that are new to the neighborhood and will be experiencing the Marathon for the first time, as well as owners, family members or managers who are taking over an existing business during the Marathon.
Both product and service businesses can apply.
- Coffee shops
- bakeries
- restaurants
- delis
- juice bars
and other businesses that serve Marathon runners, spectators or the surrounding community are encouraged to reach out.

Small Business Owners Along the NYC Marathon Route & Within One Block
GENUINE is looking for small-business owners whose storefronts are physically located along the TCS New York City Marathon course or within one block of the route.
We’re especially interested in:
Businesses new to the neighborhood and experiencing the Marathon for the first time.
New owners taking over an existing business during the Marathon.
Family members or new managers taking over the business for the first time.
Businesses can be product- or service-based and should be relevant to Marathon attendees and/or spectators, such as coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, deli, juice bar, wellness store, etc.Do you own a small business along the NYC Marathon route? We’d love to hear from you!
If selected for the final project, you will be compensated $5,000, and your business will be featured in a campaign for a financial services company. Filming dates: TBD (non-consecutive) between 10/20-11/1, business must be available for filming on day of Marathon (11/1)
