Carhartt is looking to spotlight real women working in the skilled trades for an upcoming paid social media campaign.
Casting is being handled by Crucial Casting, which is searching for authentic blue-collar professionals from the greater Los Angeles area who bring real-world experience and pride to their work.
The campaign is seeking women from a wide range of industries, including construction, welding, mechanics, fabrication, farming, ranching, rigging, utility line work, stunt work, and other skilled trades. Producers are looking for individuals with genuine hands-on experience who embody confidence, craftsmanship, resilience, and a strong work ethic. This is not a search for actors portraying these professions but for women who do the work every day.
According to the casting team, the campaign is designed to celebrate the growing presence of women in traditionally male-dominated fields while highlighting the skill, determination, and dedication they bring to their careers. Authenticity is the focus, and applicants should have a genuine connection to their trade.

Selected participants will be paid $2,000 to appear in the Carhartt Women social campaign.
