Art Park Players, Deer Park’s own community theatre, is thrilled to announce auditions for Hairspray, The Musical! Get ready for a high-energy, feel-good production under the Direction and Dance Direction of Ryan Baker and Vocal Direction by Brandon Tanner—you won’t want to miss this unforgettable experience!
FIRST ROUND: VIDEO SUBMISSION
Please submit a video that includes:
A brief slate (name + roles you’re interested in)
16–32 bars of a musical theatre song (in the style of the show, not from Hairspray)
A 30–60 second monologue

REHEARSAL SCHEDULE
Mondays–Thursdays: 6:30–10:00 PM
Saturdays: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
Some additional Fridays
All rehearsals are mandatory beginning June 29
Not all cast members will be called to every rehearsal
