Black Robin Pitchers is casting for a zero-budget short film entitled “Lucky”: Betsy, an easy-going, happy-go-lucky, woman spends two bucks on a lottery ticket at Norm’s Mini-mart.
She finds that she may have won the but the machine is down and she can’t confirm yet. In anticipation of a windfall she buys a rhinestone purse and matching rhinestone shoes at a thrift store. And a Slim Jim at the convenience store. Did she win? We don’t find out. We have cast most roles and are still searching for Betsy, the lead.
Betsy: 30’s or 40’s, easy-going, happy-go-lucky, playful, fun, a big optimist with pint-size aspirations. Female. Any race. Any body-type.
