Join The Satin Dollz in Los Angeles – The Satin Dollz will be hosting auditions for their holiday inspired show and are seeking singers in the Los Angeles area.
The Satin Dollz are looking for female singers to join their holiday performances.
The international pinup-style group combines vintage glamour with a modern stage show and performs around the world with live bands and immersive productions.
Seeking:
Strong jazz vocalists for paid holiday harmony trio performances.
Singers should have a good ear for harmonies, confident stage presence and an interest in vintage-inspired performance.
Performers must be comfortable learning:
- Tight vocal arrangements.
- choreography
- Bring the polished, playful style that the Satin Dollz are known for.
The Group:
Founded in 2005 by dancer and choreographer Alison Lockfeld, the Satin Dollz were inspired by the all-female performance groups of the 1920s, 1930s and 1940s. The group takes its name from Duke Ellington’s famous jazz song, “Satin Doll.”
Based in Los Angeles, the Satin Dollz are a vintage-inspired performance group known for their pinup-style shows featuring tap dancing, singing, retro costumes and classic Big Band music. The group regularly changes costumes and interacts with audiences during its performances.
LOS ANGELES AUDITIONS
The Satin Dollz are casting vocalists for our 2026 holiday season!
We’re looking for strong singers based in or near Los Angeles who can hold tight harmonies, learn choreography, sparkle onstage, embrace our vintage pin-up style, and most importantly, have fun performing as part of a trio.
Selected singers will join our paid holiday performances in Los Angeles and Southern California, with opportunities to perform The Satin Dollz’ signature vintage-inspired repertoire.
