Torrid Model Search Coming to Lynnwood (Seattle, Washington area)
Torrid annual model search is currently in full swing and the next open casting call for models will be in Seattle. The company has held these annual model searches for quite a few years. They normally visit Torrid retail locations across various cities in the summer months.
Torrid is well known for it’s line of Plus Size fashions and has been a staple retailer in malls all across America. This weekend, Torrid is bringing its annual Model Search to Alderwood Mall in Lynnwood, Washington. The plus size brand is giving aspiring plus-size models a chance to get noticed and potentially become one of the brand’s new faces.
Can you be the next face of Torrid?
Only one way to find out by visiting the open auditions. There will also be some other perks for those who come out.
The model search is open to anyone 18 and older. Model and casting director Candice Huffine will be there to meet applicants, offer modeling advice and talk about the importance of letting your personality come through.
Photographers will also provide complimentary headshots that can be used for online submissions.

This is a modeling contest:
- Three winners will each receive a $15,000 Torrid wardrobe and $5,000 cash, plus the opportunity to appear in an upcoming Torrid campaign as one of the brand’s new faces.
- There will also be a DJ, glam touch-ups, giveaways, raffles and a chance to check out Torrid’s latest styles.
- Online applications are being accepted through September 29.
