Roles:
Kathryn – Lead. Female, Any Ethnicity, Age 25 to 35. Attractive. Feminine. Emotionally vulnerable. Strong dramatic range. Buried pain.
Kathryn is an old soul trapped inside a young woman’s body. Like a woman out of time, she sometimes struggles navigating the nuances of the modern world. She also lives with a dark secret. There is a dark side of her personality which she tries to suppress and conceal from others. We eventually see this dark side manifest, and her personality completely shifts from unassuming to aggressive (almost monstrous). Her greatest challenge is, can both of her sides coexist?

Slightly awkward in certain social situations. Co-worker of Kathryn. Brenda means well and is usually blunt and says what she thinks – this occasionally gets her in trouble. On the surface, Brenda seems happy-go-lucky, simply living her best life. We later find out that she too is carrying a burden for which there is no resolution (or is there)?

Initially a stranger to Kathryn, though they later become close. Works as a surgical technician. Jonathan is a good man who has dedicated his life to helping others and studying the healing arts of modern medicine. He definitely has a chemistry with Kathryn that is undeniable.

A contract worker for hire for whatever he can find. Hustling as much as he can to make ends meet and get by in life. You get the sense he never takes time out for himself. Works with Kathryn as a contract hire, all under the table, no questions asked.
