SLO REP General Auditions are now open for 2026 / 2027 season!
San Luis Obispo Repertory Theatre, commonly known as SLO REP, is a longtime community theater company located in downtown San Luis Obispo.
Founded in 1947, the theater has spent decades producing plays, musicals, youth programs, and educational workshops for the Central Coast arts community.
The company performs at the Spanos Theatre, located at 888 Morro Street, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401, and is known for staging a mix of classic productions, contemporary works, and family programming throughout the year.
They are currently holding open auditions for local actors who would like to join the show.

Audition Notice:
Whether you prefer to audition in person or submit digitally, we want to see your work. Actors will be considered for productions throughout the season, with opportunities for performers of all experience levels.
In-Person Auditions: Saturday, June 13, 2026
Digital Submission Deadline: Friday, June 12, 2026 at 5:00 PM
Prepare a contemporary monologue (90–120 seconds), along with a headshot and résumé. Interested in musicals? You may also submit a short song sample.
