Project Runway spin-off, Project Acccessory casting call for designers – New York / Tri-State area Open call
Project Runway’s spin-off, “Project Accessory” on Lifetime is now casting for it’s 1st season. A brand-new series, “Project Accessory,” will follow enterprising artists who will be put to the test to create the newest and hottest trends in accessories as they compete for a cash grand prize to help them launch their own fashion accessories business.

The Weinstein Company and Goodbye Pictures will produce “Project Accessory”. Executive produced by Harvey Weinstein, Bob Weinstein, Meryl Poster, Barbara Schneeweiss, Sarah Emanuel and Rich Bye (“Project Runway”).
Designers, you MUST bring the following with you to the open calls or you will be turned away!
1. 3 — 5 examples of CURRENT work (work done in the last 6 months to a year (latest). Your pieces should not be work designed under someone else’s umbrella but your OWN work. Your work should showcase your individual point of view, your aesthetic! (We will not keep your pieces)
2. Bring portfolios. They should highlight the breadth and scope of your work! Press kits and magazine spreads are ok, but actual portfolios showcasing your current work and work done in the past will help our judges determine your range as a designer.
