Send us a video showing you’re the perfect person to join the next new Spanish language reality TV show from Univision.
Interested parties should record a video that lasts more than two minutes. Record a short segment with your information and why you are perfect for the show.
Then they must print, complete and mail the form with a photograph attached to the following address:

Hurry, we’re waiting! You have to have until January 31, 2011 to submit your video.
You must be over 21, a US citizen and have a valid passport to be considered for the show.
