The Christian spiritual production of “Somewhere Between Me and The Rainbow” will be holding auditions for singers next month in KC.
Synopsis
“Somewhere Between Me and The Rainbow” is a play about three woman’s unconditional love for one another, and the complex situations of life they face. This is a story about redemption, faith and finding God through adversity.
Character Bios
Yolonda – 30 year old female who believes that through faith, God will make a way.
Shelia – 30 year old female who is manipulative, and uses men and her body to get what she wants.
Gail – 30 year old female who is noisy as ever and full of energy to strike back.
Gary – 35 year old man who is no push over who works as the yard man. Has a crush on Shelia.
Eddie – 30 year old man who id dating Shelia. He is manipulating Shelia after getting released from prison.
