THE VOICE OF STEEL CITY TV CASTING CALL
ATTENTION PITTSBURGH
Steel City TV a brand new online and up and coming TV channel is looking for the voice and face of our brand new channel. This person will be responsible for hosting one or more of our anchor programs including a show featuring the best of Pittsburgh and surrounding cities. This person will also be our face of the channel and help promote the channel at local events throughout the city of Pittsburgh and surrounding cities as part of a promotional tour.
The ideal candidate should be at least 22 and up, have a love for Pittsburgh, a love for media arts and have a creative edge and a creative side. This candidate will be required to film programs either on Saturday, Monday or Tuesday depending on filming schedule. The candidate shall not be part of any union and or agency nor have any major works that would keep them from filming with us. Editing and camera operation a plus but not necessary we will train the right person. College students are encouraged to send in their resume and head shot.
Submission guidelines:
1. Submit a current resume along with head shot and demo reel link or attachment to steelcitystudios74@yahoo.com Demo reel must be in mpeg format or windows player format. Files that do not play will NOT be viewed.
2. All submissions must be in no later than January 19th 2015.
After submission of required documents you will be notified of your progress. If selected you will be contacted for an open audition which will be held the first week of February 2015. Pre production will begin February 2015 with filming to begin in early March 2015.
