AKB48 Cover group
Location: Chicago or Chicago’s Southwest suburbs
Type: Variety acts
Looking for performers to be a part of the first American Cover group of the AKB48 group.
Performers must be willing to sing in Japanese and be able to perform choreography.
Group will also have a youtube channel where variety of videos will be posted with members. (you will have to sign consent for video)
There will be rehearsals about once a week, Performances will begin in September if rehearsals stay on track.
Performing background is not needed, all levels of skill are allowed to audition.
Audition requirements:
Age:17-23
Gender: all
must be physical able to dance
Be able to attend annual rehearsals (most likely in Chicago)
What to do at the audition:
Sing a song, Any song
Interview
Japanese Pronunciation game
Possibility for improv
