Oxygen’s own Shelly Ray of Bad Girls Club 7 will be talking with applicants about being on reality shows and what to expect.

This event is free, but there is a suggested donation of a gift for Alycia Kaback’s Toy drive to benefit St. Mary’s Medical Center. St. Mary’s asks that donations are all new, unused, and unwrapped. Stephen DeAngelis is currently on staff at Grey Worldwide and has cast over 3000 network television and radio commercials for such advertisers as Olive Garden, Red Lobster, E*TRADE, Cover Girl, Pantene, Advil, Robitussin, Downy and others . He was also the Casting Director for the 6 X Emmy Award nominated Playhouse Disney series “Johnny and the Sprites.” His work has been seen in New York and regionally in over 300 theatrical productions. He also cast the 25thAnniversary National Tour of Hair. Stephen directed and choreographed Little Shop of Horrors and countless productions of Godspell in major cities across the country. Whether your interests are commercial, broadway, or both Stephen is definitely someone you have to meet.

BG Productions is casting I’m Not Single, a film about a young couple, Maya and Adam, who loathe each other because they are forced into an arranged marriage by their parents. Maya’s ailing grandmother wants her to marry as soon as possible despite the fact that she already has a steady boyfriend, Dani, whom she loves and planned to marry previously. With the arranged marriage looming closer, Dani has to try and figure out how to stop from Maya been taken away from him forever. Richard Foxx, dir.; Richard Hopkins, exec. prod. Rehearsals begin immediately in the UK for all shortlisted candidates; shooting June 2012, for 21 days in Malaysia & other regions.

Seeking—Adam: male, 25-30, any ethnicity, proud, with a great sense of humor, and a tough masculine presence;

Maya: female, 25-30, any ethnicity, Dani’s girlfriend, has an appealing aura, sassy and sexy, good with a little comedy, and with showing deep intense emotional attachment.
