Synopsis: A TV network cynically exploits their recently fired TV anchor’s ravings and revelations about the media for their own profit. Amidst this, the former anchor’s former producer struggles between his family and his infatuation with the ice cold woman that replaced him.
Character BIOS
Max Schumacher, male, 35 – 45:
Max, an experienced television news producer has recently seen his best friend turn his final 2 weeks on his show into his personal platform to express his hatred for the media. Max expresses displeasure in this and his long time employer, UBS, promptly lets him got for a younger female producer. Max becomes involved with her and must come to terms with this romance and his marriage.
Louise Schumacher, female, 35 – 45:
Louise, Max’s devoted wife of 15 years has been with him through thick and thin in the television industry. She is settled in her place, but distraught when she realizes something is different with her husband’s work life.
