Open auditions for the upcoming film “Barista” scheduled for shooting in November 2011.
A twist of fate prompts a man to raise a question about his true identity. As he tries to win independence from his powerful father their conflict turns into quintessential struggle between good and evil.

SPEAKING ROLES
ADRIAN: white male, late 30’s, early 40’s, mid-tall height, average build, sharp and good looking, witty, kind, determined, preferably dark hair
ROSIE: white female, late 20’s, early 30’s, preferably light hair, light complexion, cheerful, pretty, cute girlish looking, energetic, playful
JASON: African-American male, mid-tall height, clean cut, businessman type looks and manners, very well spoken
DINO: Hispanic male, early 20’s, well build, enforcer-type
LATINO MAN #1: Hispanic male early 20’s, gang member, preferably Spanish-speaking
MOTHER: white female, early-mid 40’s,
MIKE (son): white male, 15-17 years old, high school student

NON-SPEAKING ROLES:
WOMAN: female, businesswoman-type, 50’s-60’s,
GIRL: female, 20′, average-looking, dark hair
LATINO MAN #2: Hispanic male, early 20’s,
DARK ANGEL: male, sharp, enforcer-type, mid-tall and athletic
NURSE: African-American female

All actors must have prior film and/or stage experience. Will supply sides. You can also prepare a short (2-3 min.) monologue.
Please bring you headshot & resume. Auditions will be videotaped.
