Synopsis:
“My Name is Nobody” is based on the novel of the same title by Phillip Penza. This is the story of a boy becoming a man in 1970’s New York. He struggles with racial prejudice, true love and loss, and finding out what it takes to survive life from the streets of New York to the military a very young age.
Character Bios:
Young Phillip: Black Hispanic male age 12-16 struggles with school and racial prejudice, has to fight everyday, must deal with broken family
Teenage Phillip: Black Hispanic male age 16-25, in good physical shape, mentally tough, falls in love, joins the military, boxes
