Casting directors are looking for some Harley owners in NOLA area.
“Joe Dirt 2” is filming in the New Orleans area in the month of December.
The film’s CD’s are interested in hiring biker types with their own Harley’s for a scene filming in the Covington area next week as well as mid month. The film is seeking bikers available to work this coming Monday the first as well as some who may also be available on the 15th and the 19th. Also, the project is in need of some clean cut types for work on Tuesday, the 2nd. The film is reportedly filming for about 5 weeks this fall in the Covington, Mandeville and Slidell. Others interested in working as extras on “Joe Dirt 2” can also go into the Central Casting offices in New Orleans to get added to the database of extras who are available to work on this project and others currently filming in the area.
David Spade and Adam Sandler’s Happy Madison production company are bringing back the mullet. According to a Deadline story, the new film is being done with Sony’s Crackle. The film is looking at a 2015 release date on the Crackle platform. Spade will return in the sequel to reprise his role of everyone’s favorite moron. Ex Saturday Night Live writer Fred Wolf will direct “Joe Dirt 2“.
The “Joe Dirt” sequel is filming in the New Orleans area and is currently only considering locals.
