Girl Group Auditions: Alabama 2014

Looking for 2 girls (one singer, one rapper) for an pop/r&b/hip-hop vocal band. This is a full time band.
PLEASE KNOW HOW TO DANCE! or At-least have rhythm/coordination and be able to learn fast, and you don’t need the best singing voice but you have to be able to carry a nice tune.
Please only apply if you meet the following requirements:
•Regular rehearsal (times a week to be discussed)
•Regular exercise (to keep vocals sharp and solid)
•Weekly group vocal lessons ( cost for the vocal coach will be split inbetween each member) * will be affordable.
•Hanging out with the group members from time to time ( we are going to need to be spending LOTS of time together, so we can get along and be a team)
KNOW ABOUT OR LEARN ABOUT THE INDUSTRY, AND KNOW EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT IT
Work as a team for promotion!
And last but not least Have STAR QUALITY, professionalism, and confidence.
We will need to be working HARD, finding management, creating choreography, rehearsing, writing (If you can), and finding ourselves and what we want to be as a group.
