Indie paid project filming in Philly is currently casting the following roles
Looking to cast the following roles for an independent feature film. Looking to start filming November 1st, but there is a possibility that production will start earlier.
The film is about the rise and fall of a promising young athlete, who allowed his ties to a notorious Philadelphia-based mob to bring him down.
Bill “Lil Bill” McNeil — Light brown skin, African American, three major age ranges: 4 to 24 years old. Ultimately standing at 6’2”. Athletic build. Bill is a confident character, energetic and loyal. His loyalty to his family and friends turns out to be his major flaw. More of a follower than a leader, his ambition is fueled by the need to succeed despite his circumstances. Bill is often oblivious to the shortcomings of others, seeing the crime that occurs around his family as somewhat habitual.
Karen McNeil – A light brown African American woman, 5’9” age ranges: mid 20s to 40 years old. Characteristics of a tomboy. Karen is outspoken, can dominate any room with her voice. Neisha – Brown skin, African American, 5’5” age ranges mid-20s to 40 years old. Neisha’s demeanor is as confident as Karen’s, but her features are more feminine. Fast talker and highly opinionated. Has a low tolerance for patience and is definitely an attention grabber.

Aaron “Lil Aaron” Jones – Light brown skinned, African American male, 5’9”, age ranges: 3 to 23 years old. Rambunctious, aggressive, and suffers from attention deficit disorder. Has a high level of aggression that forces him to be selfish, reckless, and manipulative, even at a young age.
John Hardnett – Light skinned, African American male. Heavy set, bald, prone to fits of cursing. Passionate personality, especially when it comes to basketball. Easily trusted, and vocal about his likes and dislikes.
