There is an Open Casting Call scheduled for this weekend in Baton Rouge for the sequel to the musical “Pitch Perfect“, “Pitch Perfect 2“. We previously posted the information for the “Pitch Perfect 2” auditions and it seems like the audition schedule has been expanded and changed. Please see the new casting call information. Another audition day as well as a call for groups and dance teams has been added.
Did you love “Pitch Perfect“? Here is your chance to get into the movie.
The new location will be at the corner of North 15th Street and Laurel in Baton Rouge – 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
They are calling all dance troupes, dance teams and individual dancers to come try out for a role in the movie. They also added that you will be asked to dance to #ThatPower by Justin Bieber and Lollipop by Mika. You must be 18 or older to audition.
If you were planning on attending the event in Baton Rouge, be sure to go to the new address.
Not a dancer? Well, you may be able to get into the act as well because casting calls for extras on “Pitch perfect 2” will be coming up shortly as well.
All dancers who are attending the event need to come ready to dance and wearing dance wear and dance shoes.
Universal Pictures has announced a May 2015 release date for the movie. The film will be shooting in the Baton Rouge Louisiana area this spring.
