The Stephen King Horror flick ‘Cell‘ is finally in production and is now filming in the Atlanta area.
The production and its casting directors in Atlanta are looking for extras to work later this week. They are seeking 2 male stand-ins (see details below), background 18 and over with dance, improv and athletic ability as well as some parkour experts.
‘Cell‘ is based on the horror novel of the same name which is about a cell phone that causes chaos and brings on apocalyptic events. During all this chaos, a father from Maine goes in search of his son.
A mysterious signal gets sent out to cell phones. That signal then turns everyone with a phone into zombies which go on a killing spree. John Cusack plays the father. Samuel L. Jackson is also set to star in the film.
The film’s screenplay is being written by Stephen King and Adam Alleca.
All extras that are cast to work on the set will be paid for their time, no travel expenses will be covered.
