Casting call for “Rose”.
“Hiding the harsh realities of the world from her blind younger brother, an adolescent girl has to invent lies that will help them get by after their mother goes missing.”
This short film is currently in pre-production and will take place in and/or around Atlanta. Filming will take place in June 2015.
ROSE: Caucasian Female, Age 18. A strong-willed innocent adolescent girl who is essentially a mother figure to her younger brother.
CONLEY: Caucasian Male, Age 10. Blind lighthearted adorable younger brother of Rose.
MRS. BERINGER: Any Race, Age 50. White trash, Mean, and Slow moving. Lives in a trailer park. Essentially our “crazy old lady” character to lighten up the story.
CHARLOTTE: Caucasian Female, Age 40. Very attractive, but unkempt. Mother of Rose and Conley.
Union and Non-union talent are eligible to audition.
