HBO’s comedy “Ballers” is returning for a new season and will be filming in the Miami area.
The show will be holding auditions and castings for lots of small featured roles as well as casting extras shortly. The show begins filming on the 2nd of November and auditions will be held in the Doral area. Talent interested in auditioning may send their photos and contact info directly to the casting directors at Miami Talent.
“Ballers” is a 1/2 hour comedy which stars ex WWE superstar Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. The series first premiered this spring on June 21, 2015. The show was popular with fans and the network announced that “Ballers” would be renewed for a new season. Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson takes the lead as Spencer Strasmore, a retired athlete who is now looking for the same kind of success in his new venture, financial management for athletes. Strasmore begins mentoring current and former football stars through the business of football. The series is executive produced by Mark Wahlberg and created by Steve Levinson. Also producing the football oriented series are Peter Berg, Dany Garcia, Julian Farino, Evan Reilly and Rob Weiss. “Ballers” stars Dwayne Johnson, Omar Benson Miller, Rob Corrdry, John David Washington, Donovan Carter, Troy Garity, Jazmyn Simon, and Arielle Kebbel.

Hi Talents, as you all may know, the tv series Ballers has returned to Miami to shoot a second season starting Nov 2. We are preparing to have auditions at our Doral studio in the coming days, for selected featured roles, and extras, when submitting, please choose firmly what agency you will be submitting to, so we avoid double bookings. We will be meeting with production this week, and looking forward to booking many of you soon.

The show also has a call out for babies. Casting directors are seeking Miami based twin African American girls ages 3 months to 2 years old. Please only apply for the baby casting if you have twins.
