For anyone who may be looking for something to do on Father’s Day…. The HBO feature “Confirmation” is still looking for folks in ATL who are available to work as extras.
HBO is filming a new movie starring Kerry Washington in the Atlanta area this month. The movie’s extras casting directors are looking to cast lots of paid movie extras for scenes that are filming this week in the area. Tammy Smith is seeking extras to play travelers and people at an airport in a scene filming this Sunday. For the Sunday shoot they are looking for background extras ages 18 to 80 of all ethnicities who are able to work on Father’s Day.
HBO’s “Confirmation” focuses on the Anita Hill / Clarence Thomas scandal that rocked the Supreme Court in the early 90s. Kerry Washington will be starring as Anita Hill, the woman who accused Clarence Thomas of misconduct during Thomas’s confirmation hearing for the Supreme Court position. The film just began production this month and will continue to film in Atlanta through the summer.
