New Extras Call for “BarberShop 3” in Atlanta

Movie extras wanted in Atlanta for “Barbershop 3”.

If you have always wanted to be cast in a small extra role, here is your chance. Ice Cube’s “BarberShop 3”  is still in production in the Atlanta area and has released another casting call for extras. The movie’s casting directors at WSA Casting are seeking local talent that have not yet worked as background extras on the set of “Barber Shop 3” and have a flexible schedule for next week.

Ice Cube, Bob Teitel and George Tillman Jr. are producing the “Barbershop 3”  which will be directed by Malcolm D. Lee.   Barbershop 3 continues the story of  a man (Ice Cube) who inherits his father’s / grandfather’s barbershop on Chicago’s South Side.  Calvin (Ice Cube), who inherited the struggling business from his deceased father, views the shop as nothing but a burden and a waste of his time, but eventually he comes to realize his father’s vision and the importance of community.

According to the film’s IMDB page, Ice Cube, Nicki Minaj, Queen Latifah, Garcelle Beauvais, Cedric the Entertainer, Troy Garity, Sean Patrick Thomas  and Eve  are all part of the cast and on-board for “Barbershop 3.”

This is filming in Atlanta, so please only apply if you are local to the area and have a pretty flexible schedule.
