Teens and Adults Wanted for HBO Comedy “Vice Principals”
The series is about to wrap for the season but there are still a few scenes left to go. The HBO show is looking for talent to play high school kids in a scene filming over the weekend. The comedy series is looking for talent to play students, parents and grandparents, ages 14+ in the Charleston, South Carolina area.
Last year Deadline reported that the network has closed a deal for 18 episodes of the Danny McBride series that will go straight to series. “Vice Principals” is created by the team of Danny McBride and Jody Hill, the team also behind “Eastbound & Down“. The new comedy is about to begin production in SC.
Set in a high school, “Vice Principals” tells the story of the folks who are almost running the school. Danny McBride is executive producing the show as well as starring in it as one of the Vice Principals. Others executive producing “Vice Principals” are Jody Hill, David Gordon Green and Stephanie Laing who also produced “Eastbound & Down“. Also cast in “Vice Principals” is Walton Goggins ( Justified, Sons Of Anarchy ) who has the co-lead, opposite Danny McBride. Goggins will be playing a conniving politician named Lee Russell. Lee Russell (Goggins) and McBride’s character Gamby are Vice Principals who enter into an unholy alliance.

Seeking High School STUDENTS (ages 14 -early 20’s), PARENTS especially DAD types, Grandparents, Adult extras and several Males that fit our uniforms to portray additional POLICE.
This will be our last big day for filming. Must be 100% available. Able to arrive as early as needed (and it might be very early) and stay as long as needed to complete these scenes.

Being considered for this show would be an amazing opportunity. I live in Myrtle Beach SC but have many connections and residents in Charleston. I am an actor who has studied at the Second City in Chicago, multiple University programs, workshops and classes. I would love to have a chance to show my talent to this company for a chance to preform in this show.
