This is a one-minute short film for a director’s reel, about a father and his daughter staying connected, despite being 1000s of miles and a half-dozen time-zones apart.
We are looking for a Hawaiian Man, 50s or early 60s, to play the father of a college-age daughter who now lives in NYC. The dialog will be mostly English with some Hawaiian sprinkled in as they talk via mobile devices. Should feel authentic and real.
It will be a low-key, half-day shoot on the Big Island, Kona-side, shooting end of next week (likely 12/10 but flexible to talent schedule). There is some pay.
