Casting for a short film shooting in Chicago the first weekend in August. Looking for male, 70-80, female, early 20’s, and a female mid 50’s.

CASTING CALL “Clyde” – Elderly male and 2 female actors.

Seeking talented actors for a short ?lm, shooting in Chicago the ?rst week of August. Directed by Joshua Giordan, and produced by Hannah Faris.

Clyde is the story of an old man, seeking community from the thousands of photographs he surrounds himself with. Although he appears happy, he is weighed down by a deep secret. At its heart, Clyde is an illumination of loneliness, and the inherent human desire for connection.


Clyde: Male, 70’s-80’s An “adorable old man,”  harboring something secret. Appears joyful, but masks an unrelenting loneliness.

Marcie: Female, early 20’s. Upbeat and quirky, but can also show great sympathy. Must have bangs, or be willing to cut hair for them.

Woman: Female, 50’s-60’s. Complacent, disinterested in her job and interactions with others.
