New Casting Call on “Vampire Diaries” – Extras Wanted in ATL

“Vampire Diaries” is filming new episodes next month and is seeking Atlanta based talent to fill some small, background roles.

”Vampire Diaries”  is looking  for adults in the Atlanta area that would like to work as paid television series extras next month in a multiple day shoot that will take place in the Decatur, Georgia area. BAC is seeking extras that fit into one of 2 groups. They are casting men and women of any ethnicity between the ages of 28 and 45 to play officers as well as men, ages 28 to 45 to play firemen in the upcoming “first respondents” scene. All ethnicities are welcome to apply but there are some size restrictions as those cast will need to wear uniforms.  Talent applying must be available to come in for a costume fitting later this week. Also, there is a rush call out to fill a few roles working this coming Monday.

The “Vampire Diaries”  is a supernatural / Fantasy drama series that focuses on a group of Vampires living in the fictional town of Mystic Falls.  The “Vampire Diaries” series is based on the novels of the same name by L. J. Smith and is now in it’s 7th season which premiered in the fall of last year.  The series was developed for the CW Network by Kevin Williamson and Julie Plec who also serve as executive producers on the show along with Leslie Morgenstein (Gossip Girl, Pretty Little Liars) and Caroline Dries (Melrose Place, Smallville).

The Vampire Diaries  is from Bonanza Productions Inc. in association with Outerbanks Entertainment, Alloy Entertainment, Warner Bros. Television and CBS Television Studios. The series proved to be a solid hit for the CW Network and spawned a spin-off series called ‘The Originals” (which is also now in production of the new season and has its own casting calls out for talent). VAMPIRE DIARIES (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY) is looking for extras to work MONDAY, February 1st in Decatur, GA. Will work a min 8hrs.

CALL: Will fall between 11:30am and 2:30pm

• [LINE COOKS]: male; open ethnicity; 28-50 — must be comfortable playing dead
• [WAITRESS]: female; open ethnicity; 18-50
• [BUSBOY]: male; open ethnicity; 18-32

Will work MULTIPLE DAYS. We are still scheduling, but tentative shoot dates are Tuesday, February 2nd,

Wednesday, February 3rd, and Thursday, February 4th. Must be available to work all 3 days for continuity. Shooting in Stone Mountain, Ga. See specifics below…
