Auditions for Co-Ed R&B/Pop group

I’m looking to form a co-ed music group with members (ideally) between the ages of 20-23. I need one female and two males who are serious about taking their careers to the next level. We’d mainly sing R&B/pop, however I’d like for us to be universal, so any genre of music is open.
I have a manager, as well as a producer/studio we can possibly work with the form our first single. Ultimately, I’m looking for talented, down to earth people who enjoy making music and hope to one day make it big. The group will center around positivity and making a change in others’ lives.
