Casting call for Actors/Actresses for film production at the Aga Khan Museum
Canadian director visiting from Germany seeking new talent for a film production to be shot at the Aga Khan Museum in North York. The film will be screened daily in the museum for a duration of six months as part of the museum’s next exhibition, opening July 2017.
A performative, dynamic film-essay in three parts that tells the story of several musicians, a team of sound-technicians and museum staff who partake in a number of absurd rituals in preparation for a live music event. The director’s style is a combination of improvised method-style acting and fixed dialogue with actions.
Seeking lead roles as well as minor roles. Actors and actresses aged 21-50 are encouraged to apply. Acting/music experience preferred although not necessary. Selected actors and actresses will be paid.
Cast meetings, rehearsals and the film shooting will take place in the Aga Khan Museum in North York on the following dates:

One-to-one auditions with the director will take place on Skype from April 7-9. Audition times below:
