Hi … I’m curious why a casting call for a commercial for a real estate agency/developer would be limited to “Ethnicity: caucasian”? I would appreciate hearing from someone at either AuditionsFree or the real estate agency/developer. Thanks!
Because that is what they are casting. Not actually sure what you are asking? Casting calls are for whatever is written into the role and commercials are written to target markets. You would not cast an 80 year old woman for a skinny jean ad aimed at teens just like you would not cast a family of northern European blondes as a lifestyle shoot for South American markets. If the spot includes a Caucasian family and the mom, dad, and 1 kid parts are filled, then they would try to cast a Caucasian kid as kid #2.
