Black Carpet Productions is pleased to be the casting agency for Gill Nelson, Playwright, Producer, and Director of “Timeless Entertainment”.
Gill is excited to announce his newest project–‘No Time”. Gill’s reputation proceeds him as he is known to have had 4 previous ‘SOLD OUT” plays—The Masks We Wear, Nylons, Blue God, and Decades. “No Time” is about how a middle-class family, living in the suburbs of Washington, DC, and how they handle one of the hardest challenges any family could face. A situation that shakes them to the core. This thought-provoking production is a story of resentment, jealousy, and forgiveness. The audience will be taken on an emotional roller coaster ride that will have you laughing and crying.
Role: POLICE OFFICER/HUSBAND
Gender: Male; Ethnicity: Caucasian; Age: 30-35. Athletic, 6′, authoritative; but loving to his wife. Prior acting experience is a plus, but not required. A video tape of a previous performance is also a plus, but not required. The initial selection will be based on picture/resume.
The play will be performed on July 22, 2018 at the Bowie Center for the Performing Arts. Rehearsals begin in two weeks.
