Onscreen Talent for Flagship Medical Device
GeaCom, Inc. is looking for an individual to cast as on-screen talent for its flagship product. Non-union preferred. Seeking professional female talent age 27-60, medium build or athletic build, non-regional accent/dialect preferred, but willing to work with talent if accent isn’t too heavy in order to portray a medical professional. No visible corrective lenses, i.e. glasses, but contact lenses are acceptable. Must possess excellent verbal reading skills preferably in a confident, conversational manner. Once cast, this will possibly be a continuing role.
Role will consist of portraying either a medical doctor, healthcare professional or medical instructor. Prior medical knowledge is helpful but not necessary. The ideal person will be able to present themselves as knowledgeable, informative and approachable on screen. Simple gestures will be a part of each shoot, but there will be no heavy lifting or complicated blocking.
Prospective talent are required to provide a headshot, contact information, and availability, i.e. which days of the week work better than others, as shoots can be from two to eight hours long. This is a paid position, and as such, professionalism is required. Interested parties should please contact no later than October 21st, 2019.
