CASTING NOTICE Show: Christmas in the Air – An all new Holiday Production!
MGM’s Beau Rivage Luxury Resort and Casino Biloxi, Mississippi (Roughly one hour from New Orleans, LA)
Rehearsals (on site): November 25 – Dec 13 (2 dark days including Thanksgiving)
Performances (Beau Rivage Theatre): Dec 14 – 27 (2 dark days)
2 shows daily in Beau Rivage, Gorgeous Cirque designed theatre space.
Travel: Nov 24 outbound/ Dec 28 return
Compensation: Competitive pay.
Provisions: Round trip economy airfare (or gas reimbursement + 15%), hotel accommodations, and 3 meals per day. Amenities.
Age & Affiliation: 21 yrs plus / Non-Union
SEEKING:
14 Female Dancers: Height 5’5” – 5’11”
Strong technique and performance level proficiency in Ballet, Jazz and Theatre Dance. Tap dance a plus. The ability to perform in heels a must, precision dance and partnering experience a plus.
Bring Jazz/Tap & Character heels to auditions.
6 Male Dancer/Singers:
Strong athletic energetic. o Tap/ specialty dance / acro a plus. Partnering skills or willingness/ability to learn also a plus. o Height Range 5’8” and up
4 Singers:
2 male / 2 female /Hosts
Please prepare 16-21 bars of (2) contrasting songs. Up-tempo and a Ballad that show off your range. Classic Musical Theatre and Pop-Rock.
*Singers applying must be excellent movers, with the ability to harmonize. All ethnicities and identity affiliations encouraged to audition.
