Casting singers, dancers, rappers, actors, and a bucket percussionist between the ages of 16 – 21 years. The Atlanta premier of Voices of Carmen, Sat, Oct 5th at the Atlanta Black Theatre Festival.
Voices of Carmen written and directed by Broadway’s CJay Philip is a musical adaptation of the opera Carmen set in a High School. The musical brings a contemporary spin to this iconic story that’s filled with fresh yet familiar renditions of George Bizet’s compositions, as well as a dozen original songs, from Pop to Hip Hop and R & B.
