Mickey’s Tree is a short film following a teenage boy, Mario, as he tackles depression through interactions with other kids and exercises with his dog, Mickey. Told through several vignettes with a sprinkling of magical realism, the film shows that, while not easy, with a little bit of support and determination you can face even the hardest obstacles.

Bella/Girl/Eve (17-24) — Co-Lead
John (31-65) — Mario’s Dad
Maria (31-65) — Mario’s Mom
Uncle (31-65) — Mario’s Uncle
Production will be taking place in mid-late October.
