CASTING: TV Game Show Host
French artist and filmmaker, Julie Bena, is seeking an actor for her upcoming short film, Dirty Shirley, produced by the nonprofit, nomadic art museum Black Cube. This experimental short film will feature a cast of unconventional characters as they navigate the seedy underbelly of American city life and American fame. Filming will begin in November 2023, and will take place over 1-2 days in the Denver Metro area.
The TV Game Show Host is a supporting character who will take on a small speaking part. This role leads our cast of unusual characters through historic, variety show style questions. Applicants should have a charismatic presence, a strong and intriguing voice, and a glowing white smile.
